During the night the Atlantic got us. Higher swell and water whereever you look. As it was cloudy the solar panel did not deliver a lot of power and we had to turn on the engine for 2h. Sails were changed to butterfly setup which is not that fast with 12-15kt of wind but is easy going during night and less need to trim. The Windpilot is steering instead of the autopilot now so we can safe engery. 300sm are done, 500 more to go. Course 220 degree straight towards Cape Verde.
Frankly speaking the night was hard, but now we feel much better as we get used to sea life. We had chicken, beans and avocado for lunch!
Best wishes to all of you!
